Why RCC Side walls ?
We are executing Multi-storied Framed Structure buildings with RCC Columns and casting 6 cm thick RCC side walls using 8 mm TMT/CTD welded bars 9” c/c gaps.
In a 1000 sq.ft super plinth area building, approx. 225 running foot walls are there. Normally, 23 cm brick/block walls occupying [225’ x 10.5” ~= 200 sq.ft] 210 sq.ft and carpet area approx. 790 sq.ft available. If we do with 6 cm RCC side walls only 45 sq.ft area occupying wall thickness and remaining 955 sq.ft carpet area available for usage.
Almost, in all city limit, the plot land market value is Rs. 2500 - 15,000 per sq.ft. We can gain 20% extra carpet area adapting 6 cm RCC walls.
The RCC walls are 200% stronger and very safer in earthquake times and only 10% costlier than brick or block walls.

6 mm x 125 mm M.S. bolt/nut
Fitting both side centering plywood boards with spanner
Concrete Mixing 1:3:6 in small electrical operated mixer machine using 12 mm Aggregate with 43 grade OPC
Concrete pouring in between the centering plywoods
After 12 hours, both sides boards removed
